Jenny Bay offers life time warranty

Jenny Bay offers a life time guarantee from the date of purchase against any manufacturing failure.

Please Note:
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from general wear and tear (including rhodium plating), wilful or accidental damage, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended by Jenny Bay, failure to follow the instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without approval.

You are welcomed to return an item that was purchased from Jenny Bay because you have changed your mind or are unhappy with the item.

Any jewellery(s) returned must be:
Unused, unopened and in original condition
Returned within 14 days after delivery
Adequately packaged to ensure jewellery is not damaged in transition
